Mr. Kenyi has practiced in various capacities over the last 21 years as Head of Business Development & Strategy at BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd. His experience includes driving large scale interventions at BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd aimed at impact creations and sustainability for economic empowerment of women and youth in rural and hard to reach areas. Over 21 years of experience in cross cutting issues ranging from designing, project management and supervision within the Financial Services as well as Social Sectors in Uganda and Eastern Africa. Hands on experience with private and Government Institutions’ and the development of requisite proposals and documents. An enthusiast and practitioner in rural finance and financial inclusion. Jamille Bigio

Jamille Bigio serves as the Senior Coordinator for Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment in the Office of the Administrator at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Prior to joining USAID, Ms. Bigio served as a senior fellow on Women and Foreign Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations, where she published widely on the relationship between gender equality, national security, and global prosperity. She also served as director for human rights and gender on the White House National Security Council (NSC) staff and as the NSC representative on the White House Council on Women and Girls. Ms. Bigio served at the Departments of State and of Defense, and led the interagency launch of the U.S. government’s first National Action Plan on Women, Peace, and Security, for which she was recognized with the U.S. Department of State Superior Honor Award and the U.S. Department of Defense Secretary of Defense Honor Award.

Noemi Danao-Schroeder

Noemi Danao-Schroeder is a Vice President at DAI, responsible for the company’s billion dollar portfolio of US government-funded global projects. Prior to this role, she was Senior Advisor on INVEST overseeing gender lens investing, health and other initiatives in over 24 countries. A graduate of UC Berkeley with an MBA and MS from UC Davis, Noemi has served as a USAID Chief of Party and as Executive Director for various NGOs, and spent 20 years living and working in Latin America.

Ashley Monson is a Social Impact Program Manager at Tableau, where she leads Tableau Foundation’s gender equality portfolio. Ashley joined Tableau Foundation in 2015 and oversaw the company’s first full year of employee giving and community grantmaking. Within her role, Ashley also manages pro bono programs including Tableau Service Corps, a skilled volunteering platform that connects nonprofits around the world with experts in data analytics. Before joining Tableau, Ashley spent several years working for a small nonprofit in the health and human services sector. That work helped form her commitment to corporate philanthropy and community engagement.

Tara Murphy Forde

Tara leads Global Partnerships’ Capital and Impact Team. In this capacity she oversees GP’s work in investment research, impact management, investor communication and investor relations. Tara joined GP in 2009 and during her tenure at the organization she has worked across the Social Investment, Research and Impact and Social Venture Fund teams. Her approach to impact investing is informed by academic, professional, and entrepreneurial experience addressing the issues of poverty, gender and conflict. As a Fulbright Scholar, Tara researched the gender-differentiated effects of the armed conflict in Colombia and was part of a start-up tackling the socio-economic reintegration of displaced families. Tara holds a B.A. in political science from Vassar College and a certificate in executive leadership from the Albers School of Business at Seattle University.

She is responsible for building and re-iterating the Jibu franchise system i.e. standards, SoPs, training and enforcement. She also coaches the Jibu Area Master Franchisees through the discovery process, contracting as well as navigating the operations of setting up and developing the Jibu brand and franchising business in a new market.

Zainab Saeed

Ms. Zainab Saeed is the Chief Strategy Officer at Kashf Foundation. She has been working with Kashf Foundation since 2008 and has been involved in multiple facets of the organization’s work. Ms. Saeed has served in the Core Business team, been the Master Trainer and Lead Content Developer for Kashf, managed the External Engagement and Business Development department, led the Grant Raising and Media team, and worked on Kashf’s Edu-tainment and Social Advocacy work. Dan is the social lead within the World Benchmarking Alliance, responsible for establishing the framework to assess the 2,000 keystone actors on core social aspects. Previously, Dan led the Corporate Human Rights Benchmark (CHRB), doubling the number of companies assessed and setting up UNGP Snapshot assessments, supporting the movement for mandatory human rights due diligence. Before CHRB, he consulted for extractives and renewable companies on social risk and impact management in the UK, Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa. He sits on the IHRB’s international advisory committee, the PRI technical advisory group for human rights and social impact, and is on the expert working group supporting the development of EU social reporting standards.

Over the past nine years, he served as the Senior Economic Growth Advisor for Gender, where he promoted greater access to finance for women, and served as the technical lead for the Women's Global Development and Prosperity Initiative. Since retirement, he has begun to explore how better to work with men to reduce women's inequality and explore what it means for men to become equal to women. Wade lives in Silver Spring, Md. just a few blocks from his amazing granddaughter.
